Outdoors USA | Open Season On Trout

Opening day for trout season is quickly approaching for many parts of the country.  In some cases it may already be in progress.  If you haven’t already prepared for the upcoming fly fishing season , now is the time to inspect your fly fishing gear and get it ready.  Clean your line, guides, and reels.  Verify you have ample stock of the necessary wet and dry flies for your area.  Test your waders.  Spring water temps can be very low, you don’t want to go out on your first fly fishing trip of the season and discover your waders leak.  Proper preparation is something that is a must if you plan on having an enjoyable time.  Here is a good site to visit for more information on your fly fishing gear.  If you make it out on opening day in your area Outdoors USA would love to see some photos.

Outdoors USA – See The Country In An RV

Have you ever seen those luxury RV’s on the travel channel or zooming down the hi-way? Man, I’ve often wondered what it would be like to travel in that type of style.  I read on a site today that some of these luxury motor homes are made in Decatur Indiana.  A local community blog describes American Coach motor homes and where they are built.  Outdoors USA will continue to follow the site and see what else Decatur, In has to offer.

Outdoors USA is my new blog to discuss everything outdoor related.  It may contain travel information, outdoor recreation articles, gardening,  landscaping, nature, sports, and anything else that can be considered outdoor related.  Where this will go is anyones guess.  I’ll probably bounce topics all over the place.  I hope you come and enjoy the articles, photos, equipment reviews and everything else I have to offer.  I’m sure I’ll be changing the theme a couple of times until I find one to suit me so relax and enjoy the show.  If you have any specific requests for discussion I’m all ears.  Again Welcome to Outdoors USA hope you come back and visit again.
